There is no problem in seat allocation; it will be completed by August 31: Prachanda



KATHMANDU: CPN-Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has claimed that there is no problem in the ruling coalition regarding the distribution of seats for the forthcoming federal and provincial elections.

The Maoist Center Chair, who reached the Biratnagar airport on Friday when the task force was trying to allocate seats, said that there was no problem as discussed outside and the issue of distribution of seats would be settled by August 31.

“We are in constant discussion. The task force is working,” he said, “The seat allocation issue will be settled by Bhadra 15.

Prachanda expressed his belief that the Citizenship Bill will be approved by President Bidya Devi Bhandari. However, the Maoist Center Chairman commented President Bhandari’s refusal to seal the Citizenship Bill as strange and not natural.
