MAHOTTARI: A woman died after falling from the roof of her house in Gaushala Municipality-5 of Mahottari district last night.
The deceased has been identified as Poonam Mahato, 26, of Sugagaun in Jaleshwor Municipality-4 and currently staying at Dinesh Yadav’s house in Gaushala-5, said Prakash Bista, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Mahottari.
Mahato, who had gone to the roof last night to fetch dry clothes, died on the spot after falling from the roof.
