Infrastructure development government’s top priority: Minister Khand

RUPANDEHI: Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand has said the government has put the infrastructure, the vital pillar of development, in top priority.

Minister Khand said that with the infrastructure development, there would be facilities for the people as well as peace and security get strengthened.

He opined, “Infrastructure development is the journey of prosperity with peace.” The construction of the bridge started 12 years ago.

Saying the bridge would connect the Buddha circuit and help establish brotherly relations among four cities, the Home Minister expressed the belief that the bridge would play a significant role in promoting domestic tourism in the area, including Lumbini.
