KATHMANDU: Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has given an ultimatum to the CPN-Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ to formulate an institutional view on the US grant Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) project.

According to sources, Prime Minister Deuba urged the Maoist Center Chairman to come with the institutional decision on the US grant.
