KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court has directed Public Service Commission to publish the results of various exams it conducted earlier as soon as possible.

Hearing on the writ petition filed seeking the instant publication of the result of the PSC exams, the apex court ordered PSC to make arrangement to publish the result at the earliest.

Similarly, hearing on the writ petition filed by the section officers seeking order to get transferred to the federal service, SC ruled that the adjustment made earlier has to go valid.

As per the Wednesday decision, the civil employees who had  chosen province or local levels earlier will not get chance to return to federal service again.

A full bench comprising Dr. Ananda Mohan Bhattarai, Sapana Pradhan Malla and Nahakul Subedi revoked the interim order that had directed PSC not to recruit in the posts lying vacant after their adjustment in the province and local level.
