Coalition partners should lead new govt: Minister Kunwar

KATHMANDU: Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security Sher Bahadur Kunwar has said that the new government should be formed under the leadership of the ruling alliance for the country’s political stability.

Minister Kunwar said there was no other option to the continuation of the current coalition partners to safeguard the constitution and democracy adding that talks were ongoing to that end.

He argued that other option to this coalition should not be sought since this alliance worked to end political uncertainties in the country by conducting the elections.

Kunwar was of the view that the CPN (Unified Socialist) will not quit this alliance in the name of leftist unity.
