GULMI: Chandra Bhandari of Nepali Congress has been elected from Gulmi-1 to the House of Representatives.
Bhandari won CPN-UML leader and former minister Pradeep Gyawali.
The final official results of the election are yet to be announced.
Gyawali was elected in this constituency in 2074 BS.
