UML’s Mainali elected HoR member from Bara-1



BARA: Achyut Mainali of CPN-UML has been elected a member of the House of Representatives from Bara Constituency-1.

He defeated Nepali Congress leader Umakant Chaudhary.

Mainali garnered 39,195 votes, and his nearest contender Chaudhary got 30,056 votes.

Similarly, Ganesh Dhimal of the Rastriya Swatantra Party got 3,318 votes.
