Shivakoti and Acharya appointed to the post of Nepal Rastra Bank directors



KATHMANDU: The government has appointed Chintamani Shivakoti and Dr. Shankar Acharya to the posts of directors of Nepal Rastra Bank.

A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Tuesday decided to appoint Shivakoti and Acharya to the post of directors of NRB.

Shivakoti is a former Deputy Governor of NRB and Acharya a former Executive Director.

The posts of directors had been lying vacant since the expiry of Shree Ram Poudel and Ramji Regmi’s term in office long ago.
