KATHMANDU: The CPN-Unified Socialist (CPN-US) has given full shape to the party’s central departments and provincial committees.
The decisions made by the party’s Central Secretariat on various dates regarding office bearers of central departments and state committees came into force after Central Committee meet held on March 9-10 endorsed those decisions.
CPN-US General Secretary Beduram Bhusal, issuing a press release on Friday, said that the task of giving full shape to 31 departments and seven state committees was completed. Meanwhile, Bhusal is picked the chief of the party’s Organization Department.
Deputy General Secretary Bijay Poudel is chosen as the head of the Finance and Planning Department. Similarly, Ram Chandra Jha, who recently joined the CPN-US by abandoning the Maoist Center, has been given the responsibility of the Law Department.
