Nagarik Unmukti Party’s Ranjita Shrestha wins in Kailali-1



KAILALI: Nagarik Unmukti Party’s candidate Ranjita Shrestha has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Kailali-1.

She defeated her closest rival Ram Janam Chaudhary of Nepali Congress by a margin of 12,323 votes.

Shrestha  received 30,404 votes while Chaudhary got 18,008 votes.
