RSP’s Hari Dhakal wins in Chitwan-1



CHITWAN: Rastriya Swatantra Party’s candidate Hari Dhakal has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Chitwan-1.

He defeated his closest rival Surendra Prasad Pandey of CPN-UML by 7,581 votes.

Dhakal  received 34,189 votes while Pandey got 26,608 votes.

Nepali Congress candidate Bishwa Paudel got 24,990 votes.
