UML’s Bidya Bhattarai wins HoR seat in Kaski-2



POKHARA: CPN-UML’s candidate Bidya Bhattarai has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Kaski constituency-2.

This is Bhattarai’s second consecutive win.

She defeated her closest rival Madhav Prasad Kandel of Rastriya Swatantra Party, Madhav Prasad Kandel, by 4,503 votes.

Bhattarai received 16,998 votes while Kandel got 12,495 votes.
