BANKE: Nepali Congress’s Kishor Singh Rathore has been elected the House of Representatives member from Banke constituency 3.

He received 29,040 votes while his nearest rival CPN (UML)’s Kismat Kumar Kakchhyapati garnered 24,247 votes.
