UML’s Bhattarai wins HoR election from Kaski-2



POKHARA: CPN-UML’s Bidya Bhattarai has been elected the House of Representatives member from Kaski constituency 2.

She defeated her closest contender Rastriya Swatantra Party’s Madhav Prasad Kandel by a margin of 4,503 votes.

She got 16,998 votes while Kandel garnered 12,495 votes.

Similarly, CPN (Unified Socialist)’s Shree Nath Baral received 9,659 votes.
