UML General Secretary Pokharel says progressive forces should unite,



KATHMANDU: CPN UML General Secretary Shankar Pokharel has said those all nationalists and progressive forces expecting the nation’s development and prosperity should unite.

At a program organized at the UML’s party central office in Chyasal, Lalitpur, on Saturday, the UML General Secretary said his party was expecting to work for the cause of country’s development and people’s interest.

He added that the UML was clear based on its policy, leadership and goal.

On the occasion, he argued that only the UML can resolve the issue of citizenship in the country by preparing a base for national consensus.

Pokharel has also stressed the need of a formation of a robust force after coming the progressive forces in a platform.
