Police seize seven kg of cocaine smuggled into Nepal from Africa

Zambian and Indian nationals arrested



KATHMANDU: Police have arrested Indian and Zambian nationals along with seven kilograms of cocaine smuggled from Africa to India.

According to reports, the Bureau of Narcotics Control arrested a man from Africa last week with cocaine.

The bureau has also arrested an Indian national who came to visit the Zambian national carrying cocaine.

According to sources, the team took the Zambian national under control from Tribhuvan International Airport.

The Indian national had come to TIA to collect cocaine from the Zambian national.

The bureau has not revealed the names of the Zambian and Indian nationals.
