Upakar Laghubitta to issue IPO



KATHMANDU: Upakar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is making preparations to issue initial public offerings (IPO).

The Bittiya Santha has taken permission from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to this effect.

According to the permission received from the SEBON, the company will issue 266,250 worth Rs 26,625,000 units of primary shares.

The Board had given Upakar Laghubitta permission to issue IPO on March 21.

Nepal SBI Merchant Capital is the issue manager.
