Ruling coalition to organize election-focused program in Birendranagar on Sunday



KATHMANDU: The ruling coalition is organizing election centered joint orientation program in Birendranagar, the capital of Karnali province, on Sunday.

The meeting will be attended by the top leaders of the ruling coalition.

Prime Minister and Nepali Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba, former Prime Minister and CPN- Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, former Prime Minister and CPN-Unified Socialist Center Madhav Kumar Nepal and other top leaders among others will address the program to take place at 2:00 pm at Shubh Hotel, Birendranagar, Daman Shahi, NC Karnali Province Committee spokesperson informed.

He added that Shahi candidates from each district of Karnali and  leaders from each party will participate in the meeting.

In the meantime, PM Deuba is least likely to attend the program as NC leader and philanthropist Maiyadevi Shrestha has passed away this morning.
