Bandh enforcers vandalize bus at Thapagaon



KATHMANDU: Cadres of four left political parties vandalized a passenger bus in Thapagaon of Kathmandu on Tuesday morning.

The bus — Ba 4 B 9019 — belonging to Nepal Yatayat was vandalized near Pathshala School in Kathmandu’s Thapagaon at around 7 am.

Police confirmed the incident.

Eyewitnesses said a group of bandh enforcers vandalized the bus for defying the bandh imposed by them.

Four left parties, including the Biplav-led Communist Party of Nepal, have enforced a nationwide bandh on Tuesday.
