UML becomes strongest force due to Pushpa Lal’s inspiration: Chair Oli



KATHMANDU: CPN UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli has said the UML has now reached to this position inspired by the contribution made by founding general-secretary of the Communist Party of Nepal, Pushpa Lal.

At a program organized here on Saturday on the occasion of 44th Pushpa Lal Memorial Day, Chair Oli opined that the UML has reached this position due to the right path shown by Pushpa Lal.

He also claimed that the UML has been able to stand itself as the strongest organized force due to Pushpa Lal’s contribution.

Also the former Prime Minister, Oli reiterated the determination to fulfill the national motto ‘Prosperous Nepal, Happy Nepali’ and to make an independent Nepal without being distracted from the path shown by Pushpa Lal and other martyrs.

“One should move forward with a broader mindset while respecting seniors,” Chair Oli said, urging the leaders and cadres to move ahead taking inspiration from Pushpa Lal’s works, ideology and contribution.

Talking about Pushpa Lal’s life, he recalled Pushpa Lal’s contribution in Nepal’s political, social and economic changes.
