All-party meeting underway in Federal Parliament building



KATHMANDU: The all-party meeting called before the swearing-in of the newly-elected Members of Parliament is underway.

Member of Parliament, Pashupati Shumsher Rana is chairing the meeting being held at the Lhotse Hall of the Federal Parliament building in New Baneswor.

Rana said that he was extremely pleased to chair the all-party meeting.

“This meeting will set how the remaining five years will go,” he said at the start of the meeting.

One representative from each of the 12 political parties represented in the parliament and 5 independent MPs are participating in the meeting.
