MAHOTTARI: Independent candidate Ram Aadhar Kapar has maintained Loktantrik Samajbadi Party (LSP) Chairman Mahanta Thakur by almost two times in Mahottari-3.
While Kapar has got 2,893 votes, Thakur got only 1,545.
Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) candidate Harinarayan Yadav is in the third position in the same region. He has got 1327 votes.
