GULMI: Gokarna Bista of CPN-UML has widened his lead against CPN-Unified Socialist candidate Ram Kumari Jhankri by 2200 votes in Gulmi-2.
Bista has got 11,138 votes while Jhankri has got only 8,943 votes.
UML leader Bista had won from Gulmi-2 in the election held in 2074 BS. Leader Jhankri who was in the same party before has chosen Madhav Kumar Nepal-led Unified Socialist after the UML split.
