Those deprived of tickets now will get plenty of opportunities once coalition wins elections: Prachanda



KATHMANDU: CPN Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that if the ruling coalition gets a majority, leaders who did not tickets now will get various opportunities.

Addressing a program of the ruling coalition held in Biratnagar on Saturday, he said that if the ruling coalition wins and forms the majority government, those deprived of opportunities for November 20 election will get opportunities of political appointments, appointments to constitutional commissions and ambassadorial appointments.

“What I want to appeal to all my friends is to see if the coalition wins and the majority comes and forms the government, then there will be opportunities,” he said, adding, “Those friends who are not satisfied due to seat sharing this time, do remember that if we win, there will be many opportunities but if we lose, it is going to be bad for all of us.”

Prachanda said those who are dissatisfied now will be happy once they get an opportunity after the election.

He urged all to actively involve in elections by keeping aside problems within the ruling coalition and between each others till the elections.

Prachanda said that there is no problem between the top leaders of the ruling coalition.

“We want to spread message of unity and clarify that there is no rift among us,” he said.
