PM Deuba claims coalition partners will form govt after polls

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister and President of Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba has claimed that the coalition parties will form a government after the elections.

Addressing a joint meeting of the democratic-left alliance in Biratnagar on Saturday, Deuba claimed that the coalition parties would form the government after the elections since the alliance was formed to protect the inclusive constitution.

Stating that there should be no confusion among the cadres, he said that he would cast his vote on symbols of tree, pen and sickle and hammer inside a circle.

Also, present on the occasion, CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ said that the alliance must win for prosperity and good governance.
