KATHMANDU: Students affiliated with the ruling coalition on Thursday took out a protest rally against President Bidya Devi Bhandari’s decision to not authenticate the Citizenship Bill.

The student organizations took out the rally from Maitighar Mandala to New Baneshwar.

The ruling coalition on Wednesday decided to protest the President’s decision saying that she violated the Constitution by not authenticating the Bill sent to her by the Federal Parliament for certification.
