Refined oil worth Rs 59 billion and juice worth Rs 5 billion exported through Birgunj customs in one year

BIRGUNJ: More than Rs 59 billion worth of refined oil and more than Rs 5 billion worth of fruit juice were exported through Birgunj customs.

According to the Birgunj Customs Office, a total of Rs 59.9 billion 95 lakh 91 thousand worth of refined oil was exported from Nepal to foreign countries in the last fiscal year.

Refined soybean oil worth Rs 31 billion 31 million 31 lakh four thousand were exported in the fiscal year, the office said.

Similarly, refined palm oil worth Rs 25 billion 787 million 3000 was exported from the customs point.

Likewise, refined sunflower oil worth Rs 2 billion 815 million 784 thousand were exported from Nepal.
