NEPSE declines by 27 points



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) decreased by 27.26 points to 2017.46 on Friday.

The stock market, which decreased by 6 points on Thursday, saw a decline on Friday as well.

Today, while the shares of all groups decreased, the shares of manufacturing, insurance, development bank, hotel and tourism, and business groups decreased by a high number.

Today, 3,320,212 shares of various companies were traded for Rs 1.44 billion. Shivam Cement shares had the highest transaction on Friday. It had a transaction worth Rs 100 million.

Today, Saptakoshi Bikas Bank’s shares decreased by more than 5.5 percent. Although the overall market has decreased, the share of Kisan Laghubitta increased by more than eight percent.
