Govt increases price of petroleum products



KATHMANDU: The government has increased the prices of petrol, diesel, kerosene, cooking LP gas, and aviation fuel.

The government has increased the price of petrol, diesel, kerosene and aviation fuel (domestic) by Rs 10 per liter and gas by Rs 200 per cylinder with effect from Sunday midnight.

Earlier, the government had increased the price of petrol and diesel by Rs 10 per liter.

With the new price, the price of petrol in Kathmandu Valley will now be Rs 180, diesel and kerosene Rs 163 per liter.

Similarly, the price of LP gas will be Rs 1,800.
