 Motorcyclist killed in Pepsicola road accident



KATHMANDU: A motorcyclist has died after it collided with a Jeep parked at Pepsicola in Kathmandu.

The deceased has been identified as 20-year-old Dharmendra Bam of Kalikot, who was currently staying at Koteshwar.

Critically injured Bam breathed his last in the course of treatment at Madarland Hospital in Pepsikola.

Pillion rider Jagadish Shahi, 18, of the same district, who sustained injuries, is undergoing treatment at Sinamangal-based Kathmandu Medical College.

The motorcycle, Ba 39 Pa 5180, heading to Pepsicola from Jadibuti had collided with a jeep parked at Pepsikola on Thursday night.

Metropolitan Police Sector, Kandaghari said it has taken the jeep driver under control and is investigating the case.
