Chairman Nepal hopeful of electoral alliance of ruling parties



NUWAKOT: Chairman of CPN-Unified Socialist Madhav Kumar Nepal has claimed the incumbent ruling alliance will continue till the local level elections.

At a news conference organized in Nuwakot on Tuesday, the former Prime Minister said the election would be held in the scheduled date and the ruling parties will have an electoral alliance.

But, he said his party would contest the polls on its own strength and asked the party rank and file to strengthen the party organization. “We are working for an electoral alliance with the message that we are required for each other,” according to Chairman Nepal.

Likewise, addressing the district-level cadres here, Chairman Nepal said the ruling communist parties succeeded in the MCC ratification with the interpretative declaration.
