Kaski District Court orders release of rapper Lahure on Rs 50,000 bail



KATHMANDU: Nepali rapper Ashish Gurung aka Lahure, who was arrested in a drug case, has been ordered to release on Rs 50,000 bail.

Kaski District Court ordered to release Lahure on a bail of Rs 50,000 on Tuesday.

The court’s Information Officer Nil Prasad Paneru said the three others arrested along with him have been remanded in custody.

The court has remanded Dhurba Bahadur Thapa, 39, of Pokhara Metropolitan City-21, Nabin Kumar Gurung alias Bikki, 30, of Rupa Rural Municipality-7 and Susmita Gurung, 22, of Pokhara Metropolitan City-8.
