NC’s Bishwa Prakash leading in Jhapa-1



JHAPA: As the counting of votes has continued in Jhapa Constituency-1, Nepali Congress (NC) candidate Bishwa Prakash Sharma has taken the lead in the constituency.

Out of the 4,068 votes counted so far, Sharma has got 1770 votes.

He is being followed by CPN-UML candidate Agni Kharel, who has got 1147 votes so far.

Sharma, who is also Nepali Congress General Secretary, had been defeated twice from this constituency.
