Vote counting begins in Nawalpur-2



KAWASOTI: The vote counting under the election to the Member of House of Representatives and Province Assembly has begun in Nawalpur-2.

A total of 85,400 votes were cast during the voting for the twin elections held on Sunday.

According to the District Election Officer, Lal Prasad Sharma Bhusal, the district consisting of two constituencies recorded 66 percent voter turnout.

The counting for the Nawalpur-1 is likely to kick off tonight.
