KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) candidate Bikal Sherchan has also been elected in the Provincial Assembly (B) of Mustang.
Sherchan has been elected defeating CPN-UML’s Chandra Mohan Gauchan.
While Sherchan got 2,723 votes, his nearest rival Gauchan got 2,565 votes.
Along with this, Nepali Congress candidates have been elected from Mustang in both the House of Representatives and the Provincial Assembly.
Yogesh Gauchan has been elected to the House of Representatives.
