Lamichhane-led Rastriya Swotantra Party candidate takes initial lead in Kathmandu constituency 7



KATHMANDU: Ravi Lamichhane-led Rastriya Swatantra Party candidate Ganesh Parajuli has taken the initial lead in the preliminary counting of votes in Kathmandu constituency 7. Parajuli is ahead of others with 177 votes.

Independent candidate Yadav Lal Kayastha has garnered 108 votes.

Likewise, CPN-UML candidate Shyam Kumar Ghimire is in third place followed by CPN Maoist Center’s Manushi Yami Bhattarai (Asmita Singh) is in fourth place.

UML’s Ghimire got 93 votes while Maoist Center’s Bhattarai got 75 votes.

Prabhat Pokharel of Hamro Nepal Party is trailing others with 52 votes followed by Rastriya Prajatantra Party’s Dhruv Bikram Malla with 50 votes.
