Yoga education essential for human life: Madhes Province CM Raut



JANAKPURDHAM: Chief Minister of Madhes Province Lal Babu Raut has stressed the need for disseminating yoga education as it is a way to keep humans healthy.

Humans should practice yoga at least for one hour a day to become healthy, he said while addressing a yoga session organized here in the premises of Janaki Temple in Janakpurdham today morning on the occasion of the eighth International Day of Yoga.

“Health is an important asset of human life. Yoga is needed for becoming healthy. So let’s do yoga regularly.”

The program was organized jointly by the Consulate General of India in Birgunj, Parsa and the Patanjali Yoga Committee, Madhes Province Committee. Others participated in the yoga session were Chief of the Province Hari Shankar Mishra, Minister for Industry, Tourism and Forests of the Province Shatrughan Mahato and Minister for Social Development Nabal Kishwor Sah.
