Don’t call NC a pimp, traitor as long as you are part of coalition: Gagan Thapa tells coalition leaders

KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) General Secretary Gagan Thapa has urged the coalition leaders not to call NC a pimp, traitor and antinational party at least as long as they are the part of the coalition government.

Speaking at a program organized in Swayambhu on Saturday morning, General Secy Thapa asked the coalition leaders either to leave the alliance or make a minimum common program and abide by it rather than blaming each other in the coalition.

“It is irrational and unacceptable to call NC a broker and traitor and still share power in the coalition government, if they (coalition leaders) think NC is wrong they should leave the coalition; otherwise, they should stop their blabbers,” he said.

NC leader Thapa opined that the coalition parties should make common minimum programs and take them as their agenda for election rather than wasting time in criticizing each other.
