Prime Minister’s Office blacklists seven construction companies



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister’s Office has blacklisted seven construction companies.

The Public Procurement Monitoring Office, Tahachal, Kathmandu, under the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, has blacklisted seven construction companies that failed to accomplish their work within the stipulated time.

The Office decided to blacklist construction/business suppliers with effect from today.

According to the PMO, the blacklisted companies will be barred from participating in any procurement process of the public body during the period of being blacklisted.

The blacklisted companies include Balan Brothers Construction and Suppliers, Dang (one year); Bardan Consultant and Construction, Koteswor (one year); Diagnokem-Jai Sambhu JV, Kathmandu (two years); Greentech Project, Kathmandu (one year); SNC Nirmal Sewa, Kathmandu (one year); Sah Nirmal Sewa, Rupandehi (one year); and Arogya Construction Pvt. Ld, Kathmandu (three years).
