One dies in bike-truck collision in Bara



BIRGUNJ: One person has died when a bike and a truck collided against each other in Nijgarh, Bara on Monday afternoon.

According to Inspector Sanjiv Oli of Nijgadh police office, Nijgadh, 47-year-old Bhola Prasad Timalsina, a resident of Singaul, Nijgadh Municipality-1, Bara, died in the accident.

He informed that the accident took place when the Na 34 Pa 8331 number motorcycle which Timalsina was riding collided against a truck coming from the opposite direction near Nijgadh Municipality Ward No. 1 Dhansar Bridge.

The body of deceased has been sent to Kalaiya Hospital for post-mortem, police said.

Earlier, two people were killed in a road accident last night.
