Karnali Highway: Jumla-Nagma road section open for traffic



KATHMANDU: The Jumla-Nagma road section under the Karnali Highway has been opened for traffic.

It remained blocked for the past ten days due to heavy floods and landslides triggered by the incessant rains.

The road section was opened today after ten days of long efforts under the leadership of Road Division Office Jumla, coordination and cooperation of stakeholders.

Rajiv Shrestha, Head of the Road Division Office, Jumla, shared that the road has been opened after clearing landslides at dozens of places on the Jumla-Nagma road section up to Raralihi Nagma.
