Cyclist killed in road accident



BARDIBAS: A man has been killed after being hit by a motorcycle.

Ganesh Bahadur Thapa Magar, 50, of Gaushala Municipality-4, Magartol, was riding a cycle to Bardibas from Gaushala Bazaar.

Thapa, who was critically injured in the accident, was rushed to Janakpur Provincial Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries, according to Ranjan Mishra, Inspector at the Area Police Office, Gaushala.

A search is on for the absconding motorcyclist.
