Justice Phuyal hearing suspended governor Adhikari’s writ



KATHMANDU: The writ petition filed by suspended Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank, Maha Prasad Adhikari at the Supreme Court (SC), is being heard by the single bench of Judge Hari Prasad Phuyal.

The writ petition filed against the government by the suspended governor is being heard on Tuesday.

The government has formed a study committee headed by former judge Purushottam Bhandari accusing the Governor of violating discipline.
