KATHMANDU: Matches under the 12th edition of the Martyr’s Memorial A Division League are starting from today. Two matches are being played today.
To be held at Dasharath Stadium in Tripureshwor, Friends Club is taking on Chyasal Youth Club in the first match. The match will take place at 1 pm. This match is crucial to both the teams as they have to win the match defend themselves from being relegated.
Friends is in the 12th position with seven points while Chyasal is at the bottom with six points from 11 games.
Similarly, league champion Machhindra Football Club will lock horns with Three Star in the second match. The match will start at Dasharath Stadium at 4:45 pm.
Machhindra is atop the points table with 29 points from 11 games while Three Star is in the fourth place with 18 points form equal 11 games.
