Outgoing lawmaker Amrita Agrahari joins UML

KATHMANDU: Outgoing lawmaker Amrita Agrahari has joined the CPN-UML.

UML Chair KP Sharma Oli welcomed Agrahari to the party amidst the party’s Secretariat meeting in Balkot, Bhaktapur, on Sunday.

Kapilvastu’s Agrahari had been elected lawmaker from the erstwhile Rastriya Janata Party (RJP).

She stayed neutral after the JSP, which was formed through the merger of the then RJP and the Federal Socialist Party, split.
