Dordi Khola to issue IPO on April 26



KATHMANDU: Dordi Khola Hydropower Company is set to issue initial public offerings (IPO) from April 26.

The company is making preparations to issue IPO for the project-hit locals in the first phase.

According to the company, out of the issued capital of Rs 1,054,260,400,  1,054,260 units of primary shares (10%) worth Rs 105,426,040 will be issued to the local people.

The locals can subscribe for a minimum of 10 units to a maximum of 1 million units by May 10.

Siddhartha Capital Limited is the issue manager, said the company.
