Unified Socialist sets its election slogan



KATHMANDU: CPN (Unified Socialist) is set to designate central leaders in all seven provinces in view of the local level election to be held on May 13.

A meeting of the party secretariat presided over by party chair Madhav Kumar Nepal on Thursday decided to mobilize senior leaders in the provinces to identify real situation in the field, shared Unified Socialist deputy general secretary and publicity department chief Jagannath Khatiwada.

“Go to the people, make Unified Socialist win’ has been set the slogan of the party.

The party has designated its vice-chair Jayanti Rai in the Gandaki Province, general secretary Beduram Bhusal in Karnali, deputy general secretary Pramesh Hamal in Province-1, deputy general secretary Jagannath Khatiwada in Madesh Province, deputy general secretary Gangalal Tuladhar in Kathmandu, deputy general secretary Bijaya Poudel in Lumbini and secretariat member Ramchandra Jha in Sudurpaschim Province.

The leaders deputed for undertaking on-site monitoring would report the party its real situation in all seven provinces, ward, rural municipality and municipality
