Prachanda, BJP President hold talks in New Delhi



KATHMANDU: Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has held talks with Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President JP Nadda at the BJP headquarters in New Delhi on Sunday.

The Maoist chair, who is on a three-day visit to India, met BJP President Nadda on Sunday after reaching India two days ago.

The talks focused on Nepal-India bilateral relations, among other issues.

Also present on the occasion were Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, and BJP Foreign Affairs Department In-Charge Vijay Chathaiwale.

On Saturday, Prachanda called on National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and External Affairs Minister Jaishankar.

The Maoist Center Chair is expected to return home in the evening after holding a meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi this afternoon.
