Lighting kills two in separate places



KATHMANDU: Two people died after being struck by lightning strikes in Kavre and Jhapa.

According to police, 16-year-old Sajani Lungeli of Roshi rural municipality -9, Palanche was struck to death while she was returning home from a nearby field. She died while being rushed to a local clinic in Bhakunde.

Similarly, 26-year-old Bhena Hasda of Haldibari rural municipality-2, Jhapa died after being struck by lightning strikes on Monday.
